🩰 Sale Policy
All sale items (30%, 40%, and 50% off) are final sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Adding a freebie to your order automatically makes the entire order final sale.
💌 Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Packages
Barudah House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the shipping carrier. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
🌷 Care & Handling
Please follow the care instructions on your garment’s tag. Barudah House is not liable for damage caused by improper washing or handling.
🎀 Returns
We currently accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed, and tagged items in their original packaging (bags, boxes, etc.). Returns that don’t meet these requirements — or show signs of wear — will be declined. Barudah House reserves the right to deny any return.
Once you receive a return label, you have 4 days to drop off your package. We do not offer free returns. Customers pay for their return shipping. If we provide a label, the cost will be deducted from your store credit.
💖 Refunds
All approved returns are refunded as store credit only — no exceptions.
🚫 Cancellations
Barudah House does not accept order cancellations for any reason. Please double-check your order before submitting.
💌 Pre-Oorders (Invitation Only)
Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund once placed. Estimated shipping dates may change due to vendor or shipping delays. In the rare case that a pre-order is cancelled by Barudah House, you’ll receive a full refund plus 10% of your order total in rewards. Not following these rules may result in loss of pre-order access.
⏰ Shipping Time
In-stock orders ship within 2–7 business days. Once your package is handed to the carrier, Barudah House is not responsible for delivery delays.
🛍️ Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To change an item, please place a new order once your return (if eligible) is processed.
💳 Chargeback Policy
To protect both our customers and our boutique, we only accept orders where the billing and shipping addresses match.
