LOST / STOLEN/ DAMAGED PACKAGE: BARUDAH HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CORRESPONDING CARRIER.

IMPROPER CARE: Customer is responsible to read the corresponding tag inside the clothes for washing/care instructions. Barudah House is not responsible for any damage caused to the items due to improper care. 

RETURNS: Dear Customer, we are currently accepting returns within 15 days on unworn and tagged merchandise. Please be advised that no returns will be accepted without all the tags being attached to the item. Any signs that the item was worn will prevent us from accepting the return. Barudah House reserves the right to deny a return. COSTUMER PAYS FOR RETURN LABEL, THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT.

REFUNDS: We are currently only offering store credit on all refunds no exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS: Barudah House Does Not Offer Cancellations For Any Reason, No Exceptions!

PRE ORDER: Pre order items can be cancelled anytime. Please be aware we do our best to provide accurate shipping dates but they are subject to change.

SHIPPING TIME: We ship orders within 2-5 Days. Once the carrier has the package we are not responsible for shipping time. 

EXCHANGES: WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. Please refer to the shipping process and please place your order again. 

CHARGEBACKS: To prevent chargebacks we only accept orders with the same shipping and billing address.
