RETURNS: Dear Customer, we are currently accepting returns within 15 days on unworn and tagged merchandise. Please be advised that no returns will be accepted without all the tags being attached to the item. Any signs that the item was worn will prevent us from accepting the return. Barudah House reserves the right to deny a return. COSTUMER PAYS FOR RETURN LABEL.

REFUNDS: We are currently only offering store credit on all refunds no exceptions.

PRE ORDER: All items labeled as pre order will be shipped within 10, 20 or 30 days depending on the item. The item’s description will specify the time frame. You can cancel the pre order any time before the shipping date. In the event, a delay occurs; customers will have the option to cancel or wait and will be compensated with a gift or discount (Customer’s Choice.)

EXCHANGES: You can exchange merchandise with the same item only. If you need a different item please follow the return process first.

CHARGEBACKS: To prevent chargebacks we only accept orders with the same shipping and billing address. Otherwise an email to confirm your identity will be sent and until you confirm the order it will be on hold for 24 hours, then canceled.
