You must return it in its original packaging (bags, boxes, etc) Please be advised that no returns will be accepted if they do not meet this criteria. Any signs that the item was worn will prevent us from accepting the return. Barudah House reserves the right to deny a return. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, COSTUMER PAYS FOR RETURN LABEL, IF YOU WISH US TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN LABEL, THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT.

REFUNDS: We are currently only offering store credit on all refunds no exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS: Barudah House Does Not Offer Cancellations For Any Reason, No Exceptions!

PRE ORDER: Pre order items can be cancelled anytime if they were not subject to discounts. If you used any codes or rewards on your pre order, these cannot be cancelled. Please be aware we do our best to provide accurate shipping dates but they are subject to change.

SHIPPING TIME: We ship orders within 2-5 Days. Once the carrier has the package we are not responsible for shipping time.
