RETURNS: Dear Customer, we are currently accepting returns within 15 days on unworn and tagged merchandise. Please be advised that no returns will be accepted without all the tags being attached to the item. Any signs that the item was worn will prevent us from accepting the return. Barudah House reserves the right to deny a return. COSTUMER PAYS FOR RETURN LABEL, THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT.

REFUNDS: We are currently only offering store credit on all refunds no exceptions.

PRE ORDER: All items labeled as pre order have an estimated shipping date that is subject to change. Pre order items can be cancelled anytime before the item is shipped out. 

EXCHANGES: WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. Please refer to the shipping process and re order.
